408-S
The Classic Combination
The 408-S is a seating solution that combines the seating luxury of the Stellar seat with the ergonomic support of the 408 stadium back. This combination supports the fans with contemporary styling as well as enhanced lumbar support. The 408-S seat also offers a back that is two inches higher than the 406, as well as several customizable options, including custom-molded colors and graphics. The 408-S, is upholstered and weather-resistant steel Stellar® seat.
Features and Benefits
Durable cast iron frames are standard on both floor and riser mount conditions. Double-walled, blow-molded plastic back is contoured for comfort. Ultraviolet inhibitors prevent cracking and high quality pigment resists color fade. Self-rise hinge design is open, allowing water and other liquids to pass through, thereby preventing rust and corrosion of metal parts. Seats rise to 3/4 fold position to allow maximum row clearance for easy access and egress, as well as hands-free sitting. Multi-step paint and finish processes ensure longevity of exposed cast iron components. A wide array of sizes and accessories are available, including custom molded colors, custom molded logo design on seat backs, and standard options and ADA accessible ends.
